My services seek to identify underlying nutritional deficiencies in your diet using a functional medicine perspective. I incorporate lifestyle coaching into my nutrition practice to help shape new healthy habits, emphasizing movement, meditation, and time in nature. By supporting you through achievable and incremental changes, we are able to accomplish your health goals. Ultimately, I hope to bring awareness to your daily food choices, empower you to take responsibility for your health, and help you reconnect to food in a meaningful way.

Simple beginnings

Individual Consults: 30 minutes to 1 hour

Clients may choose in-person, phone, or Skype meetings.

These sessions are for the individual who would like to take it slow. I will give you bite-sized information to help you make slow gradual changes in your diet and coach you through any lifestyle changes that may be impacting your health. We all want to be understood. I am dedicated to being present and authentic in each of our sessions to champion your success and help you overcome obstacles. Following each session, I send an email with my recommendations, reassurance, and resources. 


Simple journey: 3 months

This package is for the individual looking to dig a little deeper into their health using evidence-based nutrition. We work closely together throughout the 3-month period so that you have an accountability partner and a cheerleader through the process. I use nutrition as a tool to prevent disease, rather than just manage disease symptoms. I am open to collaborate with your other healthcare providers including psychologists and psychiatrists or primary care provider. 

This package includes: 

  • Three months of complete support and guidance through your diet and lifestyle transformation

  • Review of nutritional assessment forms, food journal, and lab work

  • One (1) 60-minute extensive history and intake session

    • In this session, we discuss your initial assessment forms, a complete health history, your nutrition goals and expectations of the program, and the next steps to take.

  • One (1) 45-minute appointment discussing individualized recommendations for your diet and lifestyle

  • Two (2) 45-minute bi-monthly appointments (6 total)

  • Follow-up email after each appointment with a recap, resources, and reassurance

  • A variety of handouts, recipes, articles and videos, and other materials

  • Ongoing text or email support for duration of package


HealthyCart Grocery Delivery

A service for those wanting personalized grocery deliveries sent straight to their door. I use this service to individually curate Instacart grocery deliveries for my clients so that their groceries are healthy, affordable, and match their unique preferences.

Vibrant Life Program (7 weeks)

A 7-week guided nutrition program designed to improve your mood and address the root causes of anxiety or depression. By pairing mindfulness with nutrition and lifestyle interventions, I guide you to create a healthier way of eating. Together, we address potential food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, or gut imbalances that may be contributing to your mood. Throughout the program, I encourage you to listen to your own brilliant intuition about your body and how certain foods makes you feel.

The program includes:

  • a practical science-driven nutritional program based off your nutritional preferences and individual needs

  • Review of nutritional assessment forms, food journal, and lab work

  • One (1) 60-minute extensive history and intake session: discuss health goals and program

  • Weekly phone appointments to provide nutritional education and a source of accountability

  • Weekly emails covering different topics from individual dietary changes, benefits of eating seasonal fruits and vegetables, sleep, and benefits of exercise

  • Final consult celebrating accomplishments, progress, and outlining next steps

  • Email and/or Text Support during entire program with 24-hour response time

  • Handouts and Resources including shopping lists, specific meal plan ideas, recipes, and journal to chart your progress during program

  • Collaboration with physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, or other health practitioner
